					<description><![CDATA[Removal of parking &#038; pavement widening has been trialled already in Paisley, Bridge of Allan, Southside Glasgow and many places in Edinburgh.  It was removed after a few weeks in ALL of those places as businesses saw a massive decline in trade, and it made little to no impact on social distancing. It encouraged more crowds to gather, in particular school children at lunchtimes. Those who will flout the rules still flouted.  People still walked closely to others.  The outcome - wear a mask, don&#039;t stand and chat in the street.]]></description>
